it’s not the same at all having to sleep with someone on webcam after you’d been in their bed but i couldn’t help to feel really okay anyway when i woke up in the middle of the night a few times and he was still there next to me, people always end skype calls and tinychats maybe an hour or something after you fall asleep but it was just nice to not wake up all night like i do and see an offline screen or a row of text saying everybody left the room, cause you’d be surprised how much you find yourself needing them to still be there next to you, even if it is your laptop on a chair dragged real close to the edge of your futon. i opened my eyes and before i even had the time to realize it was my room or a laptop i just saw him next to me sleeping and i’d just like that always, the way that feels, to seriously just not feel alone when you wake up half asleep confused needing to know where they are.
do you ever just cry, for no real reason at all? or maybe there is a reason and i just forgot how this felt, i think i honestly forgot.
i miss you singing beyonce in your kitchen when you cooked us dinner, i just always think of that quote from boy meets world where cory says to topanga if he could think up the perfect girl she wouldn’t even come close to her and like that is exactly the case. you have so many of these just beautiful little quirks to you that make me smile so much and it’s like i could never pinpoint anything like that to look for in someone it’s just who you are and i wouldn’t change any of them you’re just you and you’re adorable and you can’t even do anything wrong because you’d be laughing on your couch with me saying how stoked you are with me or licking my hand when i put it over your mouth and i don’t know it’s the way you like vhs tapes better and that you put glitter in beer and the way you laugh that really goofy way you do i honestly don’t know i’m just so happy, i just like thinking about you in my head about just you as a person not even always necessarily times together, just who you are and i think my god ya know, you are such a genuine person and i want to always have you in my life. absolutely always.
